Help shape the future of cardiology and critical care services in the Humber area

Have you used cardiology services recently? Do you or someone you know have a heart condition? Are you interested in helping us to shape the future of cardiology services in the Humber area?

Have you or someone you care for been in ICU? Do you have experience of critical care services? Are you interested in helping us to shape the future of critical care services in the Humber area?

At this workshop you will have an opportunity to hear from local doctors about some of the things that they are finding challenging in their services. We would also like to hear from you about what has worked well in your experiences or where you think improvements to care could be made. This workshop will look at cardiology services and critical care (ICU) services. You can join both discussions or just the one you are interested in. When you register, please select which discussion you would like to join.
